I spent a morning with Judy Hackett at the Garden Terrace Bistro in Waunakee Wisconsin Arboretum Business Park today. She cooked, I observed, we ate. Yumm. Video is about the resturant.

My first lunch in Judy's Garden Terrace Bistro was the "horsey beef" (horseradish galore) sandwich which was the BEST I have ever eaten. Can you top that? She did. The next lunch (just days later) was a difficult choice – sausitza (Sicilian sausage sans fennel seeds – wheh!) or the salmon or the…and I selected the Roast Turkey. Terrific! I seldom recommend but I am compelled this time … do not miss any menu item. My goal it to have one of everything (but not a one seating). Food, atmosphere, service and Judy are wonderfully enjoyable. Benedict J
